How long is each class?
Can I change or cancel my lessons?
Private Lessons: You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel your session as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note: If your request is made less than 24 hours before your session, the class will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Group Classes: If you can’t attend a class, just let us know in advance — you’ll receive a free 1-hour private make-up session before the next session starts.

Can I request refund after enrolment?
Refunds are not generally available after enrolment, as we allocate teachers and reserve resources based on confirmed bookings. However, if your circumstances change unexpectedly, you’re welcome to contact us. We’ll review your situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to assist where possible.
What happens if miss a group class？
For group classes, each enrolled student is entitled to one free 1-hour catch-up session for any missed class. To arrange this, you must notify us and book the catch-up at least 48 hours in advance of the group class you’ll miss.
